Australian Shipping Rates

We have different shipping rates for Australia that vary by speed and whether you want a little extra Insurance. To check your shipping: simply add items to your cart and use the 'Estimate Shipping' button.

Regular Flat Rate AU 10.00

Regular Flat Rate for any number of items (if package is not Heavy*) to any address in Australia. Takes about 5-7 days to receive your item. This basic option has limited or no tracking. A signature may be required for this method (so someone will need to be at home/office to receive).

Insurance: This method has No Insurance, if the item is lost or damaged in transit it will not be replaced or covered (using no insurance is at your own risk, we always recommend one of the options below).

We use use a range of service such as courier or Australia Post for this method. The driver may not always leave a calling card and may not re-deliver unless you check the package code.

Insured Regular Flat Rate AU 14.00

Faster Flat Rate that is PO BOX Ok (to any Australian address if package is not Heavy*). Usually takes about 4-5 days to receive so is a little faster. However this method has limited or no tracking.

Insurance: This method is 'Insured' and we will replace any packages damaged or lost in transit.

We use Australia Post for this method normally. If you're not home, check the tracking code or your local post office.

 

Same Day Sydney METRO Express by WantItNow AU 15.00+

Same day delivery within to Sydney metro postcodes. Simply order before 2:30pm to receive your goods by approx. 6pm-7pm on the same day.

Delivery charge starts at AU15.00 for within 10km of the CBD, for up to 22km from the CBD and thereafter and for outermost Sydney suburbs.

*NO PO BOXES! This is a courier delivery service that requires a signature!

* The courier will not redeliver, this is a direct delivery service (one attempt).

**IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES THERE IS A RETURN FEE BACK TO US AND AN ADDITIONAL REDELIVERY FEE.

How Same Day Delivery Works

Place your order anytime before 2:30pm, your goods are then collected by a WantItNow/MailCall courier around 3:30pm-4pm. You will then receive your delivery within about 3 hrs (we aim to get it to you by 6pm-7pm at the latest).

You will receive an email from our system when packaged and ready for shipping and from MailCall when your item is picked up by the courier.

Note! You must be at the delivery address the entire time you place your order or you may miss the courier! If anything changes at your end please contact MailCall directly on 136 331 to alert the courier.

This method is fully insured and comes with live tracking of your delivery via the MailCall.com.au website.

DHL Express Rate (Overnight nationally) AU 20.00

Flat rate using DHL Express (to any Australian address if package is not Heavy*).

This is a super fast, reliable method with great online/phone support from DHL Australia. Takes only 1-3 days (usually overnight!). Includes live tracking from door to door (web, phone and email notices).

In the event that you are not home, DHL couriers will attempt to re-deliver your package, however you can call to reschedule your delivery for a specific time as well.

*NO PO BOXES! This is a courier delivery service that requires a signature!

DHL requires a signature on all deliveries so you will be guaranteed your item goes to a person and is not left unattended.

Insurance: We insure this package for you and will replace any packages damaged or lost in transit.

 

Spend Over AU 150 for Free Shipping

If you spend over AU 150 you get regular shipping for free! We use regular speed, no insurance method.

Upgrade: If you wish to upgrade we offer Faster or DHL Express for a flat rate of AU 7.00 and AU 10.00.

*Heavy Packages or Fragile Items from AU 16.00

Starting at 3kg and some selected fragile items packages are classed as 'Heavy Packages' which has a separate rate depending on the weight of the item.

Insurance: We insure this package for you and will replace any packages damaged or lost in transit.

Dispatch

We usually ship within 3 days after you place your order for standard delivery and same day or day after for Express Postage. Please note: occasionally dispatch times may be delayed during busy periods or if you use a prolonged payment method i.e. e-cheque, bank transfer

Signature on Delivery

You will need to sign for the delivery. If you're not home when the delivery is made a slip will be left by courier, you can sign and authorise that the courier leave the package at your door if you're not home on the next delivery attempt.

You will need to check the tracking status using the Tracking ID and link we send you when we ship the order. Note: if you miss a delivery you will need to organise directly with the courier or Australia Post.
