I Hearts Guts was set up in 2005 in the USA and is the brainchild of an anatomically obsessed illustrator who loves all things gland, gut and organ related. I Heart Guts started off with cute drawings of organs and as it has created a strong fan base for itself it has expanded to design t-shirts, notebooks, plush toys and medical self examination kits.
